The role is suitable for students or full-time candidates who are looking to grow in a dynamic, 24/7 technical environment.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Monitoring and controlling computer systems, servers, and network environments
• Working in rotating shifts (24/7), including weekends
• Providing real-time technical support and troubleshooting
• Supporting users and customers in Israel and abroad
• Handling complex technical incidents and delivering reliable solutions
• Ongoing communication in Hebrew and English

🖥 Role Description

• Reporting to the System & Technical Support Manager
• Part of a real-time technical support team
• Supporting internal and international users and customers

✅ Requirements

• Student position: Previous experience in Technical Support / Help Desk
• Full-time position: Previous experience in a NOC environment
• Background in infrastructure, server setup, and diverse working environments – advantage
• Experience with Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Linux – advantage
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• Availability for 24/7 shift work, including weekend shifts
