We are looking for an experienced Social Media PPC Manager to lead paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, X, AppLovin, and more, with a primary focus on the USA market. If you thrive on driving results, optimizing high-budget campaigns, and testing creative strategies, this role lets you see the direct impact of your work on growth and revenue.

What You Will Do

• Manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Deploy large monthly budgets to drive customer acquisition.
• Lead creative ideation, production, and testing to improve ad performance.
• Own full-funnel campaign management including targeting, bidding, ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Set up and manage dynamic remarketing campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and implement optimizations to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• Stay ahead of trends in social media advertising, mobile ad networks, and emerging channels.

Who You Are

• A performance-focused marketer with hands-on experience in social media ads.
• Experienced managing high-budget campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, X, and AppLovin.
• Strong in analytics and reporting, with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
• Able to collaborate across teams and bring creative solutions to the table.
• Passionate about testing new ideas, creatives, and channels to drive growth.

Requirements

• Fluent English – mandatory.
• 4+ years in paid social or e-commerce campaign management.
• Experience managing $200K+ monthly ad budgets.
• Proven success with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, AppLovin, Pinterest, and X Ads.
• Expertise in dynamic remarketing and feed management.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance analytics.
• Experience in e-commerce marketing – advantage.
• Experience in copywriting for ads – advantage.
