An Israeli stealth-mode startup is developing an AI-native Human Risk Management (HRM) platform designed to mitigate technical and behavioral vulnerabilities within large enterprises.

The technology leverages advanced analytics and AI agents to investigate organizational weaknesses and automate complex security tasks.

Directed toward CISOs of global enterprise corporations, the company is backed by Tier-1 venture capital and is currently building its core engineering foundation.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near the light rail) and operates a hybrid work model.

Role Overview:

• Core Engineering: Joining the founding R&D team under the CTO to build a high-performance, scalable security platform from the ground up.
• AI-Native Development: Implementing system logic that integrates leading AI models and autonomous agents to automate risk assessment and response.
• Distributed Systems: Developing robust Microservices architectures using Go to handle complex data flows and real-time analytics.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Utilizing AWS and Terraform to manage and scale a secure, cloud-native environment.
• Full-Cycle Impact: Taking ownership of feature design, implementation, and deployment within a fast-paced, high-impact stealth environment.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in Software Development – Mandatory.
• Significant hands-on experience with Go – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in Cloud-native development (AWS/GCP/Azure) – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems – Mandatory.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex architectural challenges.
