A global provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions, cybersecurity,

and medical laboratory systems. The company is headquartered in Hod Hasharon,

Israel, with subsidiaries worldwide.

We are seeking a Junior Financial Controller to join our finance team. This role

involves full ownership of financial reporting, controls, closing processes, financial

systems, and ongoing financial operations. The position is hands-on and offers

exposure to a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and

management reports

 Prepare consolidated financial statements and statutory reports

 Oversee monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, including controls,

analysis, and reconciliations

 Manage tax reporting, revenue recognition, and ongoing tax compliance

matters

 Review, analyze, and monitor financial data from global subsidiaries

Requirements:

 CPA certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or in the professional

practice department of a Big 4 accounting firm

 Experience working with international, publicly traded companies, including

cross-border financial reporting

 Strong knowledge and experience in tax reporting and revenue recognition

 Experience preparing financial statements under IFRS

 Strong financial modeling capabilities and advanced Excel skills

 Fluent English – both written and spoken
