Full Stack Team Lead

An Israeli-founded cybersecurity unicorn develops advanced authentication platforms that enable developers to integrate biometric verification techniques including facial recognition, fingerprinting, and voice authentication into enterprise applications.

The organization maintains two primary product lines: a core B2B orchestration platform utilized by the world's largest financial and insurance institutions, and a scalable SaaS solution tailored for mid-market enterprises. With a global presence of several hundred employees, the firm’s primary R&D center is based in Israel.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership: Managing a squad of four Fullstack engineers while maintaining a 40-50% hands-on presence.
• Next-Generation Development: Leading the design and implementation of the company's next-generation orchestration platform, serving as the functional core of the entire ecosystem.
• Fullstack Engineering: Overseeing development across a high-performance stack utilizing Scala for backend services and React for complex client-side interfaces.
• Cloud-Native Architecture: Architecting scalable services on AWS, ensuring high availability and security for mission-critical authentication flows.
• Product Strategy: Collaborating with senior R&D management to define technical roadmaps and deliver production-grade software in a high-concurrency environment.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Engineering Management (Team Lead level) – Mandatory.
• 5 years of professional development experience in Scala or Java – Mandatory.
• Proven hands-on experience in Frontend development (React, Angular, or Vue) – Mandatory.
• Direct experience working within a SaaS environment – Mandatory.
• Strong background in building complex, high-scale B2B or fintech platforms.
• Technical proficiency in AWS and modern cloud-native infrastructures.
