We are currently looking for a highly organized and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team!

The Role: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the backbone of our sales operations. Working primarily from our office, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and integrators, ensuring they receive top-tier support while working closely with our field sales team to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities: * Manage incoming sales inquiries and provide exceptional, timely support to our network of clients and integrators.

• Prepare accurate price quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Process orders efficiently, coordinate with logistics, and actively track shipments to ensure seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with external Account Managers to identify new sales opportunities, support ongoing projects, and streamline the overall sales cycle.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our professional AV and IT product portfolio to assist clients with basic technical and commercial queries.

Requirements: * Proven experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or B2B customer support – Mandatory

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 – Mandatory
• Fluent in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advantage: Previous experience or familiarity with the Pro AV / IT solutions industry.
• Advantage: A technical background or a strong willingness to learn about technical products.
