IT Specialist

A prominent global Healthcare and Medical Technology corporation is seeking an IT System Specialist to join its Israeli operations. As a world leader in chronic care solutions and medical instrumentation, the organization operates an extensive international network of clinics and digital health platforms.

The organization maintains a significant presence in Israel and provides mission-critical medical infrastructure and digital management systems to healthcare providers globally.

The company is located in Central Israel and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Global Collaboration: Joining a dedicated local IT unit while reporting directly to a regional manager abroad, requiring fluent professional English.
• Enterprise Support: Providing comprehensive technical support to hundreds of local employees, primarily focusing on remote troubleshooting and system administration.
• Identity & Access Management: Managing user lifecycles, permissions, and directory services within an Active Directory and Office 365 environment.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Taking responsibility for the maintenance and stability of both physical and virtual server environments using VMWare.
• Network & Security: Managing email systems (Exchange) and supporting network security configurations via FortiGate.
• Systems Administration: Ensuring high availability of Windows-based systems across a multisite enterprise landscape.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in System Administration or IT Support – Mandatory.
• Professional fluency in English (verbal and written) for reporting to global management – Mandatory.
• Expertise in Windows environments, including Active Directory and Office 365 – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in Enterprise or Multisite organizations – Mandatory.
• Technical proficiency with VMWare and server virtualization.
• Familiarity with network security tools, specifically FortiGate.
