Founding AI Developer

An Israeli stealth-mode startup specializes in Agentic AI Engineering, developing an Autonomous Software Execution platform.

The technology manages agentic workflows integrated with advanced AI tools to enable the parallel execution of dozens of development tasks. By orchestrating AI agents across the SDLC, the platform provides enterprise-scale visibility and automated execution for engineering teams.

Founded by veteran entrepreneurs and currently serving an active, paying customer base, the company is scaling its founding team following a successful pre-seed funding round.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near the train station) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Founding Impact: Joining as a core member of the founding engineering team, working directly with the founders to build the product's Backend and AI infrastructure from the ground up.
• Agentic Orchestration: Designing and implementing complex Agentic Workflows and orchestration layers that manage autonomous AI agents.
• AI Infrastructure: Developing production-grade AI pipelines including RAG systems and LLM-based reasoning engines using Python on AWS.
• End-to-End Ownership: Taking full responsibility for the software lifecycle, from conceptualizing AI-driven features to production deployment and scaling.
• Growth Trajectory: Leading technical initiatives with the opportunity to transition into a management role as the company expands. This position includes a significant equity package, among the highest in the market for founding employees.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience in Backend Development – Mandatory.
• Proven, recent expertise in Python development – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience building AI systems (LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, or Agentic AI Workflows) – Mandatory.
• Significant experience in Cloud-native development (AWS or GCP) – Mandatory.
• Prior experience in early-stage startups – Mandatory.
• Professional proficiency using AI development tools such as Claude or Cursor – Mandatory.
• Background from elite military technological units (e.g., 8200, 81) – Significant advantage.
