C++ Software Engineer

A prominent global semiconductor corporation provides the material engineering solutions used to manufacture nearly every advanced chip and display in the world.

Operating at a massive scale with thousands of employees in Israel, the company develops the critical infrastructure that powers the "brains" of modern digital devices.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with one day remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• High-Performance Computing: Joining a specialized software team developing high-throughput image processing modules within a distributed CPU/GPU environment.
• GPU Acceleration: Leading the planning and implementation of advanced software infrastructures, with a focus on optimizing GPU-based processing pipelines.
• Algorithm Optimization: Utilizing NVIDIA CUDA to accelerate image processing algorithms and compute-intensive workloads.
• AI/ML Integration: Running and optimizing AI/ML models on NVIDIA GPUs to enhance system performance and accuracy.
• Low-Level Engineering: Designing for high-performance memory management and parallel programming paradigms to handle massive data traffic.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field – Mandatory.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development on Linux environments – Mandatory.
• Proven expertise in CUDA development and NVIDIA GPU programming – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of GPU architecture, memory management, and parallel programming – Mandatory.
• Experience with Docker containers and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
• Proficiency with NVIDIA profiling and debugging tools (e.g., Nsight, nvprof).
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, Git ecosystems, and CI/CD pipelines.
