LLM Engineer (AI)

Role Overview:

• Founding AI Team: Joining a newly established AI unit to lead the end-to-end development and deployment of Production AI/ML systems.
• Agentic Systems & RAG: Architecting and implementing Autonomous Agents and RAG-based solutions to automate complex reasoning and data extraction tasks.
• Information Extraction: Building and optimizing pipelines for classification and reasoning over unstructured data from documents, business listings, and OSINT sources.
• LLM Orchestration: Utilizing frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex alongside Vector Databases to manage large-scale knowledge retrieval and LLM integration.
• Knowledge Graph Integration: Connecting extracted insights to external APIs and internal knowledge graphs to enhance forensic financial mapping.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in Software Engineering – Mandatory.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development – Mandatory.
• 2 years of experience in LLM development (including RAG and Agentic frameworks) – Mandatory.
• 2 years of experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) – Mandatory.
• Proven track record of deploying AI models into high-scale production environments.
• Deep technical literacy in Information Extraction and working with unstructured data.
