Software Engineer

A premier Israeli-founded AdTech company is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to lead the development of a new consumer-facing product line.

Since its inception, the company has operated on a successful bootstrap model, achieving immediate profitability and sustained growth without external investment.

As an official partner of major global tech giants, the firm manages a platform that processes over 100 billion events daily and performs millions of AI-based predictions per second.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Product Ownership: Taking end-to-end responsibility for the architecture, development, and deployment of a new high-performance consumer product.
• Extreme Scale Engineering: Designing and implementing robust Backend systems capable of handling massive user traffic and near-instantaneous data processing.
• AI & Agentic Systems: Integrating advanced AI capabilities, LLMs, and AI Agents into the product ecosystem to drive intelligent, autonomous functionalities.
• Architecture & Design: Defining the technical foundation for new features, ensuring high availability and scalability within a GCP environment.
• Full-Cycle Development: Working in a fast-paced team to deliver features from concept to production, utilizing modern development stacks.

Requirements:

• 2 years of professional experience in Python development – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in a Startup environment, demonstrating agility and the ability to work in fast-paced cycles – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) – Mandatory.
• Practical experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) – Mandatory.
• Strong technical curiosity and a passion for building high-scale, production-ready systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, mission-driven team.
