Inventory Planner

Responsible for planning procurement requirements and monitoring spare parts inventory in accordance with the organization's replenishment policy. The role requires balancing inventory levels and costs with high service-level standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Planning: Determining procurement needs and managing stock levels based on demand forecasts and organizational policy.
• Stock Optimization: Ensuring the availability of spare parts while optimizing inventory costs and service levels.
• Order Management: Monitoring and controlling open orders and back-orders.
• Master Data Management: Handling new part numbers (SKUs) and identifying alternative/interchangeable parts.
• Data Analysis: Performing data analysis, generating reports, and ensuring inventory data integrity.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with Procurement, Maintenance, Data Infrastructure departments, and suppliers (local and global).

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – Mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory planning/replenishment – Mandatory.
• Professional Knowledge: Deep understanding of spare parts and supplier catalogs – Mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
