Back End Engineer

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Infrastructure Engineering: Joining an elite core team to develop high-performance, 100% Backend infrastructure solutions primarily in Go.
• Confidential Computing: Implementing security layers that protect data during active computation within distributed cloud environments.
• Microservices Architecture: Designing and scaling robust Microservices and RESTful APIs to support complex, high-security data processing workflows.
• Cloud-Native Orchestration: Working deeply with Kubernetes and Docker to orchestrate secure, containerized applications at scale.
• Systems Reliability: Driving high-level technical standards for performance, security, and reliability in a mission-critical cloud security environment.

Requirements:

• 6 years of professional experience in Software Engineering – Mandatory.
• Significant hands-on experience in Go (Golang) development – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in building and managing Kubernetes-based infrastructures – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Cloud-Native architectures and Microservices.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong technical literacy in security protocols, encryption, or low-level systems.
