AI Native Engineer

We are looking for a Founding AI-Native Engineer who is a Visionary Builder.

In this opportunity, you will be the catalyst for a fundamental shift in how a global FinTech platform operates.

This is a role for a First-In persona. Someone who lives and breathes AI, who builds from a blank canvas, and who possesses the rare blend of deep Data Science understanding and world-class Software Engineering execution.

You will be an IC with the influence of a CTO. You will hunt for opportunities, architect AI-native solutions from scratch, and scale them to impact millions of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI-Native Pivot: Build and own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-first products, moving beyond simple wrappers to complex, agentic systems.
• Cloud AI Orchestration: Leverage Cloud AI Services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI) to build scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Agentic Workflows: Design and implement AI-Native Workflows and multi-agent systems that automate complex financial reasoning and data processing.
• High-Velocity Engineering: Utilize AI-Driven Coding (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to prototype, iterate, and scale products at a pace that traditional engineering can't match.
• Data Science & Engineering: Bridge the gap between deep Data Science (RAG, Fine-tuning, Eval-loops) and robust Software Engineering.
• Scale for Global Impact: Ensure our AI infrastructure is robust, secure, and ready for global SaaS scale.

Who You Are:

• An Early Adopter & Builder: You didn't wait for a job to learn AI. You’ve already built, broken, and deployed AI-native products or agents from scratch.
• Transformative Mindset: You think in terms of "How can AI reinvent this process?" rather than "How can AI help this process?"
• Technical Powerhouse: Expert-level Python and deep experience with the modern AI stack (LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector DBs, Model evaluation, Prompt Engineering).
• Data Science Fluent: You understand the math and the "why" behind the models, but you have the hands of a Senior Engineer who writes clean, scalable code.
• FinTech Passion (Bonus): You understand the complexity of data, privacy, and scale in the financial world.
