We're looking for a Full-Stack Tech Lead to lead hands-on development of our enterprise AI products, working across our technology stack to design, build, and scale applications that power our AI platform.

Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
- Integrate generative AI capabilities into user-facing applications
- Implement and optimize database schemas for traditional and vector databases
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning
- Ensure code quality through testing and best practices
- 5+ years of Full-Stack development experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and other databases
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and containerization
- Experience with k8s / OpenShift – big advantage!
- Experience with SaaS – big advantage!
- Experience with generative AI technologies or AI API integration
- Knowledge of vector databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and real-time data processing
- Experience with authentication systems and performance optimization
