We are looking for a talented Product Designer (UX and UI) to join our growing team, make a lasting impact, and elevate our user experience to new heights.

Please note this role requires 4 days in the office based in Tel Aviv

What you’ll be doing 

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring new product experiences from concept to launch, focusing on both User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX).


• Develop user flows that address real user challenges to translate ideas into functional feature designs.


• Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes using Figma.


• Collaborate with designers counterparts in Okta to shape Spera as part of a unified platform, while representing the Security Personas experience.


• Develop a deep understanding of customer personas needs and pain points; Learn from feedback to design a product that users love.


• Contribute to Israeli site branding and product marketing graphics.

What you’ll bring to the role

• 3-5 years of experience designing user interfaces (UI) for complex, data-driven B2B applications.


• At least 2 years of experience in UX design (this can overlap with the UI experience).


• Experience with cyber security platforms - advantage.


• Proficiency with Figma.


• Demonstrated ownership, independence, and a passion for making an impact with a “can-do” approach


• Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English.


• Enthusiasm for a collaborative office-first environment.


• Bachelor's degree in a visual design-related field.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment while leveraging enterprise capabilities.
