We're seeking a proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and global team and play a crucial role in supporting our operations. What You'll Do

• Provide Operational Sales Support: Manage all operational aspects of the sales cycle, including building complex proposals (packages, deliverables, hours, regions) and generating client-facing documents.
• Manage Internal Processes: Drive and track internal approval processes with various stakeholders, ensuring smooth progress with a high degree of patience.
• Work with Information Systems: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of and work consistently with Microsoft systems, including advanced Excel skills.
• Update and manage all sales processes within CRM systems, such as Dynamics 365.
• Facilitate Coordination & Collaboration: Proactively and continuously engage with both internal and external partners.
• Assist the team with system-related tasks, ensuring everyone works in a synchronized manner.
• Maintain Accuracy & Order: Pay meticulous attention to detail and data, and work in an organized fashion even under pressure.
  
  

• Proven experience in an operational role, preferably within sales.
• Deep proficiency in Microsoft systems, including excellent Excel skills.
• Fluent English – a must.
• Exhibit the ability to drive and consistently follow up on tasks and processes.
• An organized mindset with the ability to work with numbers and complex processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactivity, initiative, and a quick learning ability.
• Availability for varied working hours.
