Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a strong Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure and help scale the systems that power our platform.

This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, production reliability, and engineering.

You will work closely with R&D teams, designing and operating the infrastructure that enables fast and reliable development, deployment, and production operations.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining production systems running on AWS and Kubernetes, developing infrastructure automation in Python, and improving the reliability and scalability of our environment as the system grows.

We’re looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex infrastructure problems, improving developer workflows, and taking real ownership over production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and operate production infrastructure on AWS
• Manage and improve Kubernetes clusters running production workloads
• Develop infrastructure automation and tooling in Python
• Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines used across the engineering organization
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
• Deploy and manage services in Kubernetes using Helm
• Improve system reliability, scalability and operational visibility
• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents and performance issues
• Partner closely with R&D teams to improve deployment workflows and operational practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps / Infrastructure / SRE experience
• Strong experience working with AWS in production environments
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Proven experience managing infrastructure using Terraform
• Strong Python development skills — comfortable writing real code, not just scripts
• Strong Linux and production systems experience
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Helm and Kubernetes deployments
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability systems

Nice to Have:

• Experience operating large-scale production systems
• Experience working with microservices architectures
• Background in high-scale or high-availability systems
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments
