We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our growing technology division.
This is a significant leadership role with full responsibility for performance, quality, and achieving measurable targets.
Role Overview
As a Recruitment Team Lead, you will drive team performance, optimize recruitment processes, and work closely with key clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full ownership of team KPI’s and delivery targets
• Ongoing performance monitoring and reporting
• Lead continuous improvement processes
• Mentor recruiters and elevate professional standards
• Work closely with Account Managers and strategic clients
• Ensure high-quality recruitment processes and full pipeline management (E2E)
• Maintain strong business orientation and profitability awareness
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in technological recruitment – mandatory
• Proven leadership / team management experience – mandatory
• Strong business understanding and profitability mindset
• Experience working with large clients / government tenders – significant advantage
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
