SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager for One of Our Clients - Israel based

SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as learning management systems, payroll, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more.

Reporting to the Head of Project Management, this is a customer facing role, open to candidates based in Israel for a full-time position, with hybrid/onsite presence depending on the client location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management of SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects and accountable for project success
• Stakeholder engagement - manages the relationship with all stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Oversee deliverables quality
• Monitors progress and ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget and to the customer satisfaction
• Manage project risks and mitigation plans
• Manages project escalations
• Reports on project status on a regular basis to customer and AKT management
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation including plans and reports
• Work in accordance with the company methodology and policies

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; i.e., industrial engineering, systems information, project management
• 10+ years of relevant experience in complex information technologies project management, such as ERP or CRM
• Experience in project management of HR systems implementation
• Committed delivering to customer satisfaction in challenging environments
• Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Professional ability in all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent Hebrew and English - verbal and written
• Strong functional understanding of the HR domain
• Experience in project management of HR systems implementation - a significant advantage
• Experience in HR Process Optimization and Design – a significant advantage
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems – a significant advantage
