Description

Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize mobile UA campaigns across DSPs (Kayzen, Unity, AppLovin, and others) Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance at scale Work closely with creative teams on testing concepts, formats, and iterations Analyze funnel performance and cohort data using MMPs Run structured testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and channels Identify scaling opportunities and new traffic sources Monitor CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and fraud signals Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on mobile media buying experience at mobile agencies, ad networks, or app-focused companies Direct experience working with DSPs such as Kayzen, Unity Ads, AppLovin, or similar platforms Strong experience with mobile attribution platforms (MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Branch, etc.) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments Fluent English — written and spoken
