About the position:
The Solutions & Implementation Manager at Duve is a hybrid leadership and hands-on role responsible for both presales solution design and post-sale onboarding delivery.The role leads the Solutions and Onboarding teams while remaining actively involved in complex sales engagements and solution design. It ensures prospects receive the right technical guidance pre-sale and that new customers are successfully implemented, integrated, and activated on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Operational Oversight
- Lead a team of Solution Consultants and Onboarding Managers, ensuring strong technical expertise and high-quality customer delivery.
- Define team priorities, workflows, and KPIs to support both sales enablement and onboarding efficiency.
- Coach team members on solution design, discovery, implementation planning, and customer communication.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product.
- Continuously improve onboarding methodologies, documentation, and internal processes to support scale.
Presales and Technical Sales Support
- Partner with the sales team to understand prospect needs, challenges, and technical environments.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and tailor product demos based on customer use cases.
- Build solution proposals, workflow diagrams, and integration recommendations aligned with Duve’s capabilities.
- Serve as the technical authority in RFPs, security questionnaires, and enterprise-level evaluations.
- Influence deal strategy by articulating technical value and ensuring feasibility of proposed solutions.
Partner Integrations
- Collaborate with technology partners to integrate their products or services with the Duve platform.
- Develop, maintain, and improve integration documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Act as the technical point of contact for partner questions or integration challenges.
Technical Solutions and Architectural Alignment
- Maintain a deep understanding of Duve’s architecture, ecosystem, and capabilities.
- Design scalable technical solutions that align with Duve’s architecture and best practices.
- Work closely with product teams to validate solution feasibility and contribute field insights to roadmap discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Integrations role.
- Experience managing or mentoring technical teams while remaining hands-on in customer engagements.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS architectures.
- Familiarity with hotel and hospitality tech platforms (Opera, Protel, Optima, Guesty, Mews, Airbnb etc.) a big plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in customer-facing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and natural curiosity to uncover optimal solutions.
- Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to translate technical complexity into clear solutions.
