COMBLACK is looking for an Infrastructure Automation Team Lead to join a leading financial organization. This role combines team leadership with hands-on development, focusing on building and improving infrastructure automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small automation development team
• Design and develop automation processes for infrastructure platforms
• Work with VMware vRA and ServiceNow
• Lead end-to-end development processes
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams and other technological stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing a development team – mandatory
• Around 3 years of experience developing with JavaScript – mandatory
• Experience with Python – an advantage
• Familiarity with infrastructure systems (VMware, operating systems, networking)
• Experience working with vRA and/or ServiceNow – an advantage
