Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM and sales operations systems.

• Provide ongoing operational support to the sales team, ensuring efficient workflows and processes.

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with CRM procedures across the sales organization.

• Analyze sales performance, generate insights, and prepare management reports and presentations.

• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, supporting the sales cycle and ensuring excellent operational service.

• Manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely execution and successful delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• High proficiency in CRM systems and strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-tasking environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role – required.

• Experience in a software or technology company – an advantage.

• Fluent Hebrew and strong English proficiency.

• Full-time position, based at the company’s offices in Pi Glilot, Ramat Hasharon.

• Driver’s license and vehicle – required.
