Senior Product Designer

About the Role

CashCow lives at the intersection of mobile gaming, rewards, and real money, which means UX clarity is not optional.

We’re at a critical stage of our growth, and the impact this designer makes will be pivotal to where CashCow goes next. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who wants real ownership, high responsibility, and the opportunity to shape core mobile experiences end to end.

This is not a “just ship screens” role.

What Is CashCow?

CashCow is a mobile rewards platform built around mobile games.

Users play games through CashCow and earn real cash for completing in-game milestones like levels, chapters, or progress goals. The harder the milestone, the higher the reward.

From a game design lens, CashCow is a meta-progression layer across multiple games, with LiveOps-style loops like daily tasks, streaks, and events, where trust, clarity, and motivation matter because real money is involved.

What You’ll Own

• Core UX/UI across Android and iOS

• Progression, rewards, and cash-out flows

• LiveOps features such as daily tasks, streaks, leaderboards, and events

• Turning complex systems into clear, motivating experiences

You’ll have freedom to challenge ideas, and responsibility for outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Own design from concept to production

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering

• Turn ambiguity into simple, scalable solutions

• Run and apply competitor research

• Sweat the details that actually move retention and trust

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years as a Product Designer, with strong mobile UX/UI experience

• Shipped Android and iOS apps

• Excellent UX thinking and solid UI craft

• Experience in mobile gaming is a big plus

• Comfortable owning complex systems and high expectations

• Open-minded, outside-the-box thinker
