Job Description:
A leading water technology company is seeking an experienced Control & Automation Engineer to join our engineering team.
The role involves designing, PLC programming, and HMI development for complex industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PLC programs for industrial systems.
- Design and build HMI/SCADA interfaces from scratch.
- Lead project lifecycles: from system architecture and programming to on-site commissioning and startup.
- Perform troubleshooting and optimization of existing automated systems.
Requirements:
- PLC Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with(Siemens TIA Portal & Rockwell/Allen Bradley Studio 5000).
- HMI/SCADA Development: Experience in building HMI screens (WinCC, FactoryTalk View ME/SE, Ignition, AVEVA etc.).
- Hardware Knowledge: Proficient in reading electrical schematics, control panel wiring, and industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU).
- Education: B.Sc. in Electrical/Control/Mechatronics Engineering or Practical Engineer.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the automation industry.
Additional Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in field conditions.
- Technical English/Hebrew.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for commissioning.
Location: Caesarea, Israel
