About the role:

We are looking for a Digital Development Team Lead to join our technology division and lead the development of the company’s digital assets while supporting business needs.

• Provide professional and people leadership within development teams and deliver architectural solutions
• Lead and mentor multiple development groups (Web, Mobile, System Analysts, and Technology Project Managers)
• Build and maintain development infrastructures for digital platforms
• Ensure availability, reliability, and stability of the company’s digital assets, including proactive monitoring and production incident management (24/7)
• Work with diverse stakeholders- technology, business teams, and external vendors in Israel and abroad
• Drive R&D initiatives in the digital space and maintain technological innovation and best practices
• Provide support and handle production software incidents (24/7)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in team leadership / Scrum Master / Solution Architecture in large or growing digital development organizations
• 5+ years of experience in .NET development
• Proven experience designing and building AWS cloud architecture and infrastructures
• Hands-on development experience with Node.js (NestJS)
• Front-end development experience with React or Angular
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and distributed systems
• Deep understanding of design patterns, software engineering principles, and development methodologies
• Experience working with multiple technology interfaces, vendors, and infrastructure teams
• Proven ability to lead R&D initiatives and introduce technological innovation
• Strong business understanding and process-oriented thinking
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, multi-tasking 24/7 production environment
• Self-motivated, independent, and capable of leading developers and technical project managers
