About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Head of Media to lead and scale our paid media operations within the iGaming industry. This role carries full ownership of paid acquisition strategy and execution across Facebook (Meta), Google, and Bing, with responsibility for managing large advertising budgets and driving sustainable, profitable growth. The ideal candidate is both a strong hands-on media buyer and an experienced team leader who can build structure, processes, and high-performing teams.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Ownership
- Full responsibility for planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Manage and scale large monthly advertising budgets with strong ROI discipline.
- Develop and execute data-driven acquisition strategies aligned with business growth targets.
- Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, LTV, and overall performance.
- Oversee tracking, attribution models, and performance analytics.
Strategic Leadership
- Define the overall paid media strategy across markets and brands.
- Identify new growth opportunities, traffic sources, and scaling strategies.
- Work closely with BI, CRM, Product, and Creative teams to maximize player acquisition and retention.
Team Management & Structure
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing media buying team.
- Establish clear processes, KPIs, reporting standards, and workflows.
- Hire and train new team members as the department scales.
- Create a culture of accountability, performance, and innovation.
Performance & Reporting
- Own performance forecasting and budget allocation.
- Deliver regular reports to senior management with clear insights and action plans.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies within the iGaming space.
✅ Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing and paid media.
- Proven management experience leading and scaling media teams.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention, etc.).
- Experience in the iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, betting) – strong advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with DSP platforms and programmatic buying.
- Experience running broader media campaigns (native, display networks, video platforms).
