Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Beit Shemesh, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion. As a Financial Controller, you will oversee the preparation of accurate US financial statements, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising accounting processes, performing detailed financial analyses, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and supporting cash flow management. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure streamlined financial operations and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in US Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in US Accounting and foundational knowledge in Finance
• Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and timely financial information
• Proficient in relevant accounting software and advanced Excel knowledge
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Proven experience in a similar financial management or control role
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience working with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, or similar clients is advantageous
