Assistant Controller

We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our team and work closely with the firm's Controller.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the accounting department
• Participate in the preparation of monthly management reports
• Analyze financial data and produce reports and insights
• Assist in the annual audit process with external auditors, including gathering and reviewing required materials
• Monitor and manage employee attendance records
• Assist with payroll closing processes and data entry into the payroll system
• Perform financial controls and generate management reports based on payroll system data

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
• Internship at a CPA firm – required
• Strong Excel skills – required
• Knowledge and experience in bookkeeping/accounting – required
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
