Execution Engineer – Beit Dagan

• Job Description
• Supervise and oversee infrastructure works in the field: roads, earthworks, drainage, and underground infrastructure
• Read, interpret, and implement engineering plans, technical specifications, and bills of quantities
• Prepare execution plans and contractor files, and track planned vs. actual progress
• Coordinate on an ongoing basis with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and supervision bodies
• Manage and monitor schedules, material orders, and field manpower
• Conduct quality control and ensure compliance with specification requirements throughout all project phases
• Prepare regular progress reports and report to the Project Manager
• Perform quantity takeoffs, review interim payment applications, and support measurement processes
• Assist in providing engineering solutions to challenges and issues arising in the field
• Participate in coordination meetings and work within a multi-interface environment
• Mandatory Requirements
• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering – required
• 2–5 years of experience in infrastructure and/or construction project execution – required
• Registration in the Engineers' Registry – required; valid P.E. license – advantage
• Proficiency in reading engineering plans and technical specifications
• Proficiency in Office and AutoCAD – required
• Willingness to work fully in the field and relocate according to project needs
• Proficiency in Hebrew; technical English at a basic-to-good level
