A manufacturing company based in Petach Tikva, specializing in precision machining and mechanical assemblies, is seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Marketing / Communications
- MBA – Advantage
- Background in precision machining / manufacturing industry – Advantage
- Strong technical orientation
- Valid driver’s license – Mandatory
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proven sales experience
- Experience in business development and leading long-term strategic processes – Advantage
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- High level of integrity and reliability
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Strategic thinking ability
