Financial Controller

Alpa-BDF, the official representative of Beiersdorf in Israel and the company behind leading brands such as NIVEA and Labello, is looking for a Financial Controller (Commercial) to join our team.

About the Role

This position is responsible for the financial management and control of the commercial activity, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing. The role includes full ownership of the commercial P&L, customer and channel profitability analysis, leading pricing, promotions and trade investment processes, driving forecasting and budgeting cycles, and delivering insightful management reporting to support business decision-making. The position also ensures strong governance, internal controls, and achievement of profitability targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a relevant field – mandatory.
• Master's degree – advantage.
• 5–8 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Analysis, or Controlling – FMCG / Retail / Consumer Goods experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of revenue drivers: pricing, promotions, trade terms, product mix, and customer profitability.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
