Audit & Financial Reporting Associate

אנו מחפשים מנהל/ת דיווח כספי וביקורת להצטרף לצוות שלנו בכפר סבא (משרה היברידית עם גמישות לעבודה מהבית).

התפקיד מתמקד בהכנת החומרים לביקורת ועבודה שוטפת מול רואי החשבון המבקרים, בעיקר פירמות Big 4. המועמד/ת האידיאלי/ת יגיע/תגיע מרקע של ביקורת (עדיפות מניסיון בביג 4), עם יכולת מוכחת בהכנת ניירות עבודה, מאזנים תומכים ובקרה שוטפת מול צוותי הביקורת.

תחומי אחריות:

• הכנת ניירות עבודה, מאזנים תומכים וחומרים לביקורת ברמה הגבוהה ביותר.
• ניהול תהליך הביקורת מקצה לקצה מול צוותי הביקורת, עד לסגירה מלאה.
• עבודה שוטפת מול רואי החשבון המבקרים (בעיקר Big 4).
• הכנת וסקירת דוחות כספיים בהתאם ל-IFRS/GAAP.
• סיוע ל-CFO בנושאי דיווח כספי, ציות וענייני ביקורת.
• ייזום שיפורים בתהליכי הדיווח והביקורת לצורך יעילות וסגירה מהירה.

דרישות

• 2–5 שנות ניסיון בביקורת, עדיפות לניסיון בביג 4.
• ידע מקצועי נרחב בתקני IFRS/GAAP.
• ניסיון מוכח בהכנת ניירות עבודה וניהול תהליכי ביקורת.
• רישיון רו"ח (חובה).
• יכולת תקשורת גבוהה מול צוותי ביקורת וגורמים פנימיים.
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית, ניהול משימות וריבוי תעדופים בלוחות זמנים קצרים.
• ניסיון בעבודה מול חברות היי-טק או SMB – יתרון.

We are looking for a Financial Reporting & Audit Manager to join our team in Kfar Saba (hybrid position with work-from-home flexibility).

The role focuses on preparing audit materials and working closely with external auditors, primarily Big 4 firms.

The ideal candidate will come from an audit background (preferably Big 4) and have proven experience in preparing audit workpapers, supporting schedules, and coordinating closely with audit teams.

• Preparing audit workpapers, supporting schedules, and documentation to the highest professional standard.
• Managing the audit process end-to-end from the company’s side, through to full completion.
• Working closely with external auditors (primarily Big 4 firms).
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Supporting the CFO on financial reporting, compliance, and audit-related matters.
• Initiating and implementing process improvements in financial reporting and audit preparation to ensure efficiency and timely completion.

• 2–5 years of audit experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/GAAP.
• Proven experience in preparing audit workpapers and managing audit processes.
• CPA qualification – required.
• Excellent communication skills when working with audit teams and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with high-tech companies or SMBs – an advantage.
