• Characterize and map client work processes: This is the heart of the role. Work directly with clients and their teams to deeply understand how they operate — their business workflows, decision points, data flows, software ecosystems, bottlenecks, and organizational challenges. Dig into the details, ask the right questions, and translate what you learn into clear visual process maps, workflow diagrams, and requirements documents
• Build AI-powered solutions without traditional coding: Design and deploy bots, automations, and intelligent workflows using platforms like Make, n8n, Monday, and similar — turning complex business needs into working solutions
• Leverage AI coding tools to modify and extend code: Use Claude Code, Replit, and similar AI-powered development environments to read, understand, and modify code using built-in AI agents — no deep programming background required, but comfort navigating and adjusting code is essential
• Work with advanced data and predictive models: Go beyond dashboards — build and deploy predictive models, work with platforms like H2O.ai, apply ML pipelines, and turn raw data into actionable forecasts and decision-support tools
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients: Work directly with client representatives, stakeholders, and end-users — understanding their language, building trust, and ensuring solutions actually fit their real-world needs

• Proven experience with AI tools and platforms: Hands-on work with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering, bot and assistant creation, and AI-powered automation
• No-code / low-code builder: Experience with Make, n8n, Monday, Power Automate, or similar platforms to build real working solutions
• Comfortable modifying code with AI agents: Ability to use Claude Code, Replit, or similar tools to navigate existing codebases, make modifications, and extend functionality using built-in AI agents — not writing code from scratch, but working with it effectively
• Advanced data skills: Experience with data analysis, ML concepts, and predictive modeling tools (H2O.ai, AutoML platforms, Python data libraries). Ability to go beyond visualization into building models that generate predictions and insights
• Strong client-facing communication: You're comfortable in meetings and direct conversations with clients at all levels. You can explain complex technical concepts in simple terms and build lasting professional relationships
• Visual and documentation skills: Proficiency with tools like Figma, Miro, or similar for creating process maps, wireframes, and visual documentation
• Bot building experience: Hands-on experience building chatbots or AI assistants
• Hebrew (native) + English (professional) — you'll work with Israeli clients and international AI tools daily

• Background in consulting, business analysis, or process improvement
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or industry-specific software
• Understanding of API integrations and webhook-based workflows
