User Acquisition Manager

Investing.com is looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads) to drive growth through large-scale global performance campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets, covering Search and Display
• Drive performance through structured testing of creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages
• Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion performance
• Collaborate with our creative and design teams to develop and execute successful campaigns
• Manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROAS and achieve profitability targets

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display, with practical experience in audience segmentation and retargeting.
• Experience scaling performance marketing within defined KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Strong skills in optimizing search, display, and multichannel campaigns.
• Experience using AI tools to support ad creation, research, reporting, and workflow automation
• Experience analyzing performance across different attribution models and multi-touch journeys
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with GA4 for audience and conversion tracking.
• Independent, organized, and comfortable working with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent verbal and written English skills.

Bonus points

• Experience with Tableau or Mixpanel.
• Background in statistics, mathematics, or finance.
• In-house product advertising experience
• Experience running campaigns for content-driven or subscription-based products.
• Experience managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook) Ads and/or native advertising platforms
