Assistant Financial Controller

We’re looking for an Assistant Controller to join our Finance team in a hands-on, professional role. This is a great opportunity for a CPA at the early stage of their career to step into corporate controllership, and gain broad exposure to a dynamic business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as a central cross-functional hub between FP&A, Accounting, and the Controllership team, ensuring financial alignment and supporting data-driven business decisions.
• Identify financial discrepancies and data exceptions, improving the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
• Participate in the review and control of bookkeeping processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support the monthly invoicing cycle and month-end close processes.
• Work closely with the Controller, Accounting team, and FP&A, with exposure to the CFO.
• Contribute to improving accounting processes and enhancing automation and data flows across internal financial systems.

Requirements:

• CPA certification – required
• Approximately 2 years of professional experience post-internship
• Strong foundation in accounting, financial controls, and financial data analysis
• Advanced Excel\Google Sheets skills and strong analytical capabilities'.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with varios of internal teams and external vendors\costumers.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• High motivation to learn and grow within the field of controllership
• Curiosity and passion for AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities to solve existing challenges, streamline financial processes, and introduce smarter solutions that help move the organization forward – a significant advantage
