ECOM BLUE — Head of Ecommerce

We have access to tens of millions of dollars in monthly Meta Ads spend data across 1,000+ ad accounts. We know which products are actually winning, which creatives are printing money, and which angles are scaling right now — not from spy tools, from real spend data.
We're building an ecommerce operation on top of this data. The playbook: identify proven winning products, build competitive stores, launch campaigns with better creative angles, and scale the winners aggressively. We're already launching products and we need someone to own this machine and take it to 4–5 new product launches per week.
This is not a management role where you sit in meetings. This is a builder role. You're hiring the team, setting up the systems, and running the operation from day one. You'll have full ownership of the ecommerce P&L and the authority to move fast.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
→ Build and lead the team: Hire a media buyer, video editor(s), landing page creators, and a finance/numbers person. You decide who, when, and how.
→ Run the product pipeline: Manage a weekly cadence of 4–5 product launches. Each product goes through scouting, validation, store build, creative production, campaign launch, and a scale-or-kill decision. You own every stage.
→ Execute the launch playbook: Take a product from "data signal" to "live campaign" in 48–72 hours. Professional Shopify pages, structured Meta campaigns, performance creative — all running in parallel.
→ Make fast kill/scale decisions: Products that don't perform get killed in 3–7 days. Products that hit get scaled hard with creative agencies pumping volume. No emotional attachment, just data.
→ Own the P&L: Track product-level profitability daily. Report weekly on spend, revenue, margins, and portfolio performance. You're accountable for the numbers.
→ Scale winners into brands: When a product breaks $500–$1K+/day in net profit, you transition it from "test" to "brand" — onboarding creative agencies, expanding to new channels, and building real equity.

WHO YOU ARE
→ You have hands-on ecommerce experience. You've worked in or around ecom — whether that's running your own store, working at a DTC brand, managing campaigns for ecom clients, or being part of a team that launched and sold products online. You understand the flow from product to customer.
→ You understand paid ads. You know how Meta campaigns work — creative testing, audience structures, optimization events, scaling logic. You don't need to be the best media buyer in the world, but you need to know enough to manage one effectively and spot what's not working.
→ You're a natural operator. You can take a messy, fast-moving environment and bring structure to it without slowing it down. You've worked with freelancers, contractors, or small teams and know how to get output from people.
→ You move fast and don't overthink. Our pace is aggressive. If you're someone who needs three weeks to "set up systems" before launching anything, this isn't the role. We launch first, optimize second.
→ You're numbers-driven. You think in CPA, ROAS, margin percentages, and daily net profit. You can look at a product's Day 3 data and make a kill/scale call in 5 minutes.
→ You're proactive, not reactive. You don't wait for someone to tell you the landing page is broken or the creative is underperforming. You catch it first and fix it before anyone has to ask.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
· Hands-on ecommerce experience (launching, selling, or managing products online)
· Working knowledge of Meta Ads (campaign setup, creative testing, scaling basics)
· Experience working with or managing freelancers/contractors
· Strong financial literacy (unit economics, P&L, margins)
· Fluent English communication
Nice to have:
· Background in dropshipping or DTC brand building
· Familiarity with Shopify, PageFly/Replo, and creative tools
· Experience working with creative agencies
· Network of reliable freelancers (editors, designers, media buyers)
· Experience with Notion operational management

THE TEAM YOU'LL BUILD
You're starting lean and scaling as the operation proves itself:
→ Media Buyer / Ads Manager — Owns campaign setup, daily optimization, budget management. Reports to you.
→ Video Editor(s) — Produces ad creatives on 24–48 hour turnaround. UGC-style, product demos, problem-solution formats.
→ Landing Page Creator(s) — Builds Shopify product pages from templates. Fast turnaround, high conversion focus.
→ Finance / Numbers Person — Tracks daily P&L per product, manages COGS, reconciles spend vs revenue.
Freelancers and contractors are fine to start. You decide when to bring anyone full-time based on volume and performance.

COMPENSATION
Base salary + performance bonus directly tied to profitable product launches. The more winners you ship, the more you earn. We want this role to be extremely lucrative for someone who executes.
