Adesco is on a mission to make cross-border currency transfers fast, safe, and surprisingly personal. We help people move money into Israel with no delays, no hidden fees, and no bank headaches. Especially when they are buying real estate, supporting family, or handling large, time-sensitive transfers. We are growing fast and looking for a Sales Account Manager who loves meeting people, thrives under pressure, and knows how to turn a great conversation into a done deal.

What you will be doing

Build trust with new clients – you will be the face of Adesco

Drive growth through channels like real-estate lawyers and brokers

Manage the full sales process from first call to final transfer

Own your targets and celebrate your wins

Work closely with a small, sharp, and supportive team

What we are looking for

Sales experience (fintech or real estate is a plus, not a must)

A closer's mindset – hungry, confident, and persistent

People skills that feel human and authentic

Enjoys networking and building long-term relationships

Team player who wants to grow with us

Native-level communication in both English and Hebrew

This is not your typical sales role. You will be out there meeting real people, solving real problems, and helping them move real money. No fluff, no scripts, no nonsense.
