About the Role: BringOz is looking for a talented individual with a wide skill set to join our Delivery team as a Technical Program Manager. This is a position for an individual with a varied array of skills including both technical, leadership and soft skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for that right person who is up for a challenge, sees the big picture, enjoys working on a variety of topics and is looking to grow with the company.

Responsibilites:

• Internal Delivery Management: Develop and monitor the software development life cycle, supervising the Development team's work to assign tasks, establish goals, set delivery dates, and communicate the team’s progress to executives. Ensure projects are consistently on track and resources are strategically allocated to meet the company's daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
• Development Release Cycles: Responsibility for the Release Management process.
• Intra-Departmental Projects: Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to align and achieve project goals.Work cross-functionally with Developers, PMs, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure readiness for project launches.
• Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify key areas for improvement and growth, ensuring that decisions are data-driven.



Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years industry experience. Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, and product managers. Hands-on experience building and improving cross-organizational processes with an emphasis on SDLC and implementation in development.
• Methodology: Proven experience working with R&D teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of R&D processes and methodologies.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, ability to lead an end to end process, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to “speak the language” of the different departments within the company; a true team player. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Monday).
• AI Fluency: Demonstrable use of AI tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Languages: Fluent English (Mandatory) and Hebrew. Spanish - an advantage.
• Advantages: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in an Engineering Operations position.
