Financial Systems Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join a leading financial organization. This is a direct-hire position from day one, hybrid work model (2 days from home).

What You Will Do:

System & Process Analysis: Analyze existing systems and workflows within the finance division to identify optimization opportunities.

Project Leadership: Lead business processes and cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with IT to build systemic solutions for financial flows and accounting records.

Reporting & Characterization: Define and develop accounting and compliance reports for the Finance department and other business units.

Financial Controls: Evaluate embedded financial controls within organizational systems, recommend necessary improvements, and oversee their implementation.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Economics, etc.) – Mandatory.

Certification: CPA or equivalent accounting certification – Mandatory.

Professional Experience: Proven background in accounting worlds – Mandatory.

Technical Expertise: At least 1 year of experience in Systems Analysis or Project Management – Mandatory.

Data Skills: Proven experience working with large-scale databases – Mandatory.

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the financial sector and business processes – Significant Advantage.

Tools: Experience with SQL / Business Objects (BO) – Advantag
