As the Director of Global Marketing, you will oversee our global brand presence and drive our industry awareness. You will bridge the gap between high-level storytelling and boots-on-the-ground execution. You will:

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Team: Direct and mentor our Content and Regional Marketing teams. You’ll ensure our brand stories and our physical/digital events are always in sync.
• Define the Narrative: Own our global tone of voice and messaging strategy. You’ll sit on the Brand Council to help define and evolve our visual and verbal identity.
• Scale Awareness: Execute a dual-track strategy: high-reach global campaigns ("1-to-Many") and targeted regional programs ("1-to-Few") to grow our footprint in key sectors.
• Own the Global Roadmap: Develop and manage the annual global marketing plan. You’ll align the Content and Regional teams under a single, unified strategy to ensure consistent storytelling in every territory.
• Connect Strategy to Action: Set the operating rhythm and quality standards for all marketing output. You’ll ensure high-level brand goals are translated into high-performing local activations.
• Track & Optimize Impact: Build a data-driven culture. Define and track the KPIs that turn complex performance data into clear insights and measurable success.
  
  

• 10+ years of B2B SaaS Marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on scaling global brands. You must have a proven track record of managing both Content/Brand and Field functions.
• Global Strategic Leadership: Experience leading marketing in multi-region environments. You know how to maintain brand consistency while empowering regional teams to hit local targets.
• 5+ years of People Management: Proven experience leading and mentoring diverse teams of specialists (creatives, managers, and analysts). You know how to build a high-performance culture.
• Passion for Sports & Sports Media: You have a deep understanding of sports. You are genuinely excited about how sports content is changing. You are hungry to learn how leagues, teams and broadcasters operate and want to be at the center of that evolution.
• Analytical: You are comfortable in a CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot). You can translate raw engagement data into strategic insights.
