We are looking for a Microsoft 365 & Copilot Infrastructure Manager to join us and lead the design, implementation, and governance of our enterprise collaboration and identity platforms.

What you’ll do

• Lead the planning, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft 365 infrastructures, including Exchange Online, Teams, Copilot, identity management, and security frameworks.
• Develop methodologies, best practices, and organizational usage policies.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of Microsoft AI and Copilot capabilities across the organization.
• Manage and advance identity, permissions, and security configurations (Entra ID, Azure AD, AD on‑prem, Conditional Access).
• Partner with infrastructure and support teams to strengthen organizational knowledge and operational excellence.
• Oversee automation processes using PowerShell, Power Automate, and MS Graph.
• Lead Azure‑related infrastructure, including Landing Zone setup and governance.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft 365 and infrastructure roles in medium‑large organizations – must.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint, Purview, Teams, and Exchange.
• Deep knowledge of identity and permissions: Entra ID, Azure AD, AD on‑prem, AD Connector, Conditional Access.
• Experience with security, Compliance, and Governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to design and implement architecture from scratch.
• Experience with PowerShell automation and MS Graph.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models.
• Familiarity with Copilot 365 and Agents.
• Azure infrastructure knowledge, including Landing Zone – advantage.
• Experience with FinOps – significant advantage.
• Experience with Exchange On‑prem – significant advantage.
• Relevant academic background and Microsoft certifications – advantage.
