We are growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled, curious, impact-driven Data & BI Analyst to join our global team.

About The Role

As a Data & BI Analyst at Glassbox, you will own the full analytics lifecycle- partnering with stakeholders to define business questions, exploring and modeling data, building scalable BI assets, and delivering clear insights that influence decisions.

You will work within the BI function to ensure consistent metrics, reliable pipelines, and high-quality dashboards while collaborating closely with teams across Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is both highly analytical and business-oriented, with a passion for transforming complex data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.

What Will You Do?

Analytics & Insights

• Translate business needs into analytical frameworks, uncover trends, and deliver insights that directly drive strategic decisions.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for recurring revenue metrics (ARR, expansion, churn), product usage, operational efficiency, and customer health.
• Build clear, concise narratives- turning complex findings into insights stakeholders can act on immediately.
• Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses to identify opportunities, risks, anomalies, and patterns that influence product direction, GTM execution, and operational improvements.
  
  

• Contribute to the development and improvement of data models in the DWH, ensuring accuracy, performance, and consistency.
• Collaborate with BI Engineers on dbt-based data transformations, metric standardization, and documentation.
  
  

• Partner with Product, R&D, Customer Success, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to define KPIs, measurement strategies, and success metrics.
• Work closely with operational teams to translate events or issues into their business impact and provide actionable recommendations.
  
  

• 3-4 years of experience as a Data & BI Analyst (or similar role) in a tech-driven or SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Social Sciences, etc.).
• Advanced SQL skills (joins, window functions, CTEs, performance-aware query design).
• Experience with BI visualization tools, (Looker, Tableau or Similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the skill to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities in English, able to present analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Curious, proactive mindset: a self-starter who is eager to learn, collaborate, and drive measurable business impact.
  
  

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with Semantic Layer modeling.
• Familiarity with SaaS business metrics (ARR, retention, product usage patterns) and recurring revenue models.
