We have a challenging career opportunity for a highly motivated and professional candidate to join our Chemical R&D Department as a Researcher in ADAMA Agan Aroma Team in Ashdod.

In the Aroma Chemical Development Team, you will take part in the industrial research and development of new and innovative chemical processes, in the improvement and innovation of chemical processes that are already in production, and in finding solutions for breakdowns/production problems.

Areas of Responsibility

• Experimental work in a chemistry lab.
• Conducting and analyzing literature review
• Planning, performing, and analysis of experimental work at the laboratory level.
• Preparation of summaries and conclusions of experimental.
• Cooperate with internal units such as scale-up, and manufacturing departments.
• Support the product development cycle from early development to manufacturing launch and beyond.
  
  

• Highly skilled in laboratory work.
• Ability to work independently in an organized and systematic manner.
• Ability to design and conduct research, troubleshoot, and solve problems arising during development.
• Initiative, creativity, and flexibility of thought together with critical thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.

• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in organic chemistry.
• Experience in organic synthesis - an advantage.
• Experience in the chemical / pharmaceutical industry - an advantage.
• Ability to operate and analyze analytical data (NMR, GC, HPLC, IR).
• Advanced level in English.
