Strategic Data & Predictive Solutions Lead - JB-3400

We are recruiting a Strategic Data & Predictive Solutions Lead for a global technology and manufacturing leader (Haifa Area)

The Role: Lead a global organization’s evolution into the next generation of predictive analytics. Reporting directly to the VP of Information Systems, you will bridge the gap between complex business needs and advanced predictive technology, driving the strategic shift from traditional BI to an optimization-based data culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Product Management: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle by defining business requirements and authoring comprehensive PRDs for Predictive solutions.
• Strategy & Infrastructure Leadership: Assess and map existing DWH and BI frameworks to architect the organization’s transition toward advanced analytical tools.
• Global Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with international business units to build trust, consolidate global requirements, and champion the adoption of emerging technologies.
• Advanced Analytics & Forecasting: Transform raw datasets into high-impact operational insights through the development of precise statistical and predictive models.
• Technological Decision-Making: Evaluate and recommend optimal platforms (Buy vs. Build) while overseeing technical procurement and vendor selection processes.

Requirements

• Proven Strategic Leadership: Extensive experience in spearheading data strategies and successfully migrating organizations from traditional BI to Predictive environments.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in crafting both technical and business-facing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Technical Foundations: Deep expertise in DWH architectures, BI ecosystems, and advanced statistical/analytical modeling.
• Global Collaboration: Exceptional ability to navigate complex international interfaces and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships.
• Business Acumen: A sharp ability to translate data complexity into tangible operational value and ROI.
• Execution Excellence: A self-starter with the capability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery.
