Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who lives and breathes AI to join our team at the forefront of one of the most exciting shifts in enterprise security. The ideal candidate is someone who has strong opinions about what it takes for enterprises to actually adopt AI agents at scale, and understands the unique security and cloud challenges that come with it. About the role:

• Customer-Centric Product Definition: Engage deeply with customers to uncover real-world friction in Agentic adoption, and translate those insights into crisp, actionable product requirements. You'll cut through the noise to define what actually matters.
• Collaboration with R&D: Partner closely with engineering to communicate customer needs and guide feature development. You bring the "what" and the "why" - and you're technical enough to have a sharp conversation about the "how”.
• Enterprise Agentic Adoption: Work directly with some of the largest enterprises in the world as they tackle one of their biggest challenges: deploying AI agents safely and at scale. You'll be the bridge between their needs and our product, helping shape how the industry thinks about AI adoption in high-stakes environments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the product in customer meetings, partner conversations, and internal forums. Articulate a clear, exciting vision for where AI-native security is going — and why we're the ones building it.
  
  

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in the cybersecurity sector.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, trends, and challenges.
• The technical depth to engage credibly with R&D and grasp complex system-level concepts.
• A track record of engaging with enterprise customers, getting beneath the surface of their needs, and driving those insights all the way into a shipped product.
• A proven habit of leveraging AI tools to move faster, think sharper, and get more done. We're not looking for someone who dabbles - we're looking for someone who has meaningfully changed how they work because of AI.
• Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
• Excellent communication skills - clear, concise, and compelling, whether you're in a customer meeting or a roadmap review.
