Come define the look of the next generation of RTS. We are looking for a Senior 3D Animator & Rigger for Defcon Zero, our flagship strategy title. Its a gritty, high-fidelity RTS built on Unreal Engine 5.

We are looking for a versatile 3D animator who is a master of movement and a technical problem-solver. As an Animator at Triarts, you will be responsible for the entire pipeline of bringing our world to life - from rigging complex humanoids and creatures to animating mechanical units and transforming structures.

What You Will Do

• Create stable, production-ready body rigs for humans, animals, and mechanical assets.
• Design and execute high-quality, loopable gameplay animations for a wide variety of units.
• Bring vehicles and structures to life through deployments, mechanical transitions, and transformations.
• Ensure all assets are optimized for real-time performance and
• seamless integration into Unreal Engine 5.
• Work across different animation styles, from organic animal movement to rigid, mechanical precision.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in game animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing both rigging and animation.
• Proficiency in Maya (preferred) or Blender.
• Solid understanding of IK/FK setups, skinning, and weight painting.
• Ability to rig and animate hard-surface models like vehicles, buildings, and machinery.
• Exceptional grasp of timing, weight, and silhouette for gameplay-oriented animations.
• Proven experience animating quadrupeds and animals, not just bipeds.
• Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
  
  

• Experience with Unreal Engine 5 (Control Rig, State Machines)
• Knowledge of Python or scripting for rigging tools
• Genuine passion for RTS games and the strategy genre.
• Proficiency in Hebrew is a plus.
