Content & Creative AI Specialist

The Vision

We are looking for the next generation of content creators: a visionary storyteller who combines deep emotional resonance with a virtuoso command of Generative AI. This role isn't just about manual writing; its about "cracking the code" of our brand voice, embedding it into AI systems, and producing a high volume of data-driven, creative content. You will sit at the intersection of content strategy, Prompt Engineering, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand DNA & AI Training: Implement and maintain the brands unique voice within AI models to ensure consistency, accuracy, and soul across all generated outputs.
• Creative Volume Production: Generate vast variations of high-quality copy, scripts, and ads while maintaining premium visual and textual standards.
• Social-First Creation: Develop concepts and emotionally-driven content tailored specifically for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, FB, LinkedIn).
• Data-Driven Precision: Write high-converting performance copy and micro-copy, continuously optimizing based on conversion data and KPIs.
• Short-Form Video Production: Ideate and script authentic stories for Reels, TikToks, and Stories (including participating in shoots as needed).
• Engagement Newsletters: Craft compelling email marketing content that strengthens emotional ties with our community and drives action.
• Trend Scouting: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI and content trends, rapidly implementing new tools and techniques into our workflow.
  
  

• 3+ years of professional social media content writing (Brand, Agency, or established Freelance).
• Hands-on AI Expertise: Proven experience in Prompt Engineering and daily use of Gen-AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in copywriting, newsletters, and digital storytelling.
• Portfolio: Must present a portfolio showcasing creative work (manual or AI-assisted).
• Experience in Lifestyle, Health, or Beauty sectors – A significant advantage.
  
  

• Master Storyteller: Ability to build an authentic emotional connection through words.
• Native-level Hebrew: Contemporary, fluid, and persuasive writing style.
• Social Media Savvy: A sharp eye for visuals and basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut).
• Audience Insight: Deep understanding of our core demographic (Women 25–45)—knowing what moves them and what drives them to share or buy.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze content performance and iterate based on data.
• English Proficiency: High level of English is a major plus.
