Mint is looking for a talented Manual QA Engineer to join our growing QA team. This role involves close collaboration with our Development and Product teams, leading testing processes across diverse projects.

Responsibilities

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases.
• Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Work with specification documents and system requirements.
• Identify, document, and manage defects using bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams on an ongoing basis.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes and team meetings.
• Perform testing for Web and Mobile applications.
• Execute API testing.
  
  

• 3-4 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Proven experience in writing test documentation (STP, STD, STR).
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Experience working with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Xray).
• Demonstrated experience in Web and Mobile application testing.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman.
• Solid understanding of Client-Server architecture.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in reading and analyzing logs.
• Familiarity with using AI tools for software testing and process optimization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent command of English (reading and writing).
  
  

• Familiarity with Swagger documentation.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium).
• Basic programming skills.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
